I think mine take around 6 hrs if I remember correctly. Last batch I did was 12lbs and I dried at 130 for an hr then increased temps every hr to 165. Use  thermometer and dont get to hung up on time, thier done when thier done.

When they are done  ;)  Not trying to be smart here but every smoke is different. Different amounts of meat, different weather conditions and so on. So giving you a ball park figure any where from 6-12 hours.

I've had 5 lbs take 10 hours. That's starting at 130 and ramping up the temp every hour till 165.

Depends on a lot of things.  How much water you put in the mix.  Outside temp and wind conditions. Do you have a fan installed?  Normally it takes me around 6 hrs from the time I loaded and start drying the casings to taking them out at an IT of 152.  I have a fan installed and hang the stixs.  Before I had the fan I had times from 8 to 12 hrs.
