I am going to smoke some frog legs in my 4 rack digital. Any hints on cooking temps and smoke times?

I'd say keep the smoker in the off position and drop them legs in some hot grease!  Wish I had some they are delicious!

I would suggest trying to cold smoke them for 40 minutes maybe and hour. then wrap in plastic wrap and fridge them for a couple hours before frying.
