Just to say hello to everyone as this is my first blog as-well as a new owner of a digital 4 rack smoker. It was a Christmas gift bought by my beautiful Brenda. I live in the city of Maple Ridge, BC. I've never smoked before and I'm smoking ribs as we speak from the recipe that is on this site, though I omitted the oven part. Wish me luck and we should be eating around 6pm...Happy New Year!
