Title: pork center loin rib roast

would I cook this the same as a pork loin I'm new at this and the different cuts and names are confusing

Yep, try rubbing it down with cheap yellow mustard (CYM) then season with your favorite rub then smoke 2 hours and cook at 225 degrees until you get an internal temp (IT) of 148. Pull  and tent with foil for 20-30 minutes before slicing.

excellent I appreciate the advice this is all new to me all i ever smoked prior to the Bradley was salmon in a little chief so now we are having fun thanks
