Hey everyone. Just picked up an Original 4 rack as A Christmas present to myself. I didn't get the PID yet, planning on adding that as A birthday present for myself.

I'm not a COMPLETE rookie to smoking as I have smoked a few items using a propane grill in the past but this is my first foray into actual smoking. Can't wait till the weather warms up a bit here in Central Jersey to be able to use it!

Cold is not an ememy,but wind is. As long as you keep your smoker out of the wind,you should be able to enjoy the good stuff that it produces.

I smoke at - 15C all the time.
