Title: Bradly temp

I can only get bradly smoker too about 230d, sometimes i need a higher temp around 250d. How can i raise smoker temp safely in bradly??

try getting some thermal insulation from home depot that is totally enclosed  and wrap that around the bradley an all sides and top, cut a  hole for the vent and around the door so you  can easily open it,,, use duct tap to hold it in place

Is this with a big load of meat, out in the
Cold weather, wind involved.
I rarely go over 225F with mine anyways. Unless I'm doing a fattie. I'll go 250f on them.

OK i did a temp test, The bradly gauge was about 25-30 degrees off. Time 4 a digital thermometer.
