I have a tasty recipe I tried tonight for anyone intersted,
I took 8 chicken thighs and covered them in Garlic BBQ sauce and sprinkled Montreal Chicken seasoning on them. I smoked them with Mesquite smoke for 1hr and 40 minutes with a box temp of 230 degrees F. I used the bottom two racks and they took 1 hr and 35 minutes cooking time. Absoutely juicy and tender and tasty, hope you all enjoy this recipe
