Blanch the whole cob in boiling water for 2 min then drop it in a pot of cold running water
When cool place on a rack to drip dry
Remove kernels, place in bag and vacuum till the milk just starts to show, hit the seal button
Throw in the freezer, thats it
Curt
That is one good looking ham and meal. I am a hamatarian, it is a personal choice. The whole meal looks great.
