Hey Everyone just new to smoking but a veteran at wanting to be a smoker,I live in New Zealand , I have just bought me a 2 rack Counter Top smoker and am planning to use it whenever i can. iknow its not a big smoker but itl do me fine for now. hope to learn lots from all of you and hope to make some good freinds too

Welcome to the forum.  Those of us in the US will be watching with great interest as I think the two racks that were destined to be sold here have been pulled from the market for some reason.  I understand that Mark Thodey in NZ is Bradley's "go to" guy there.  You might want to get in contact with him about your 2 rack.

Will be interested to hear your experiences with the two rack!
