Plan B,,,,,,,,,,Potato soup
Chop up 5 lb red taters and slice 8 oz baby carrots

Now dump in 1 lb cream cheese, 4 stalks cerery, a bunch of garlic and salt N pepper

Add 4 cups of HOT water and stirr

Then 8 oz diced shrooms

A can of cream of mushroom

Another 4 cups of HOT water and stir up good

Turn up on high and when the taters are about done add in some diced ham
Edit; almost forgot to add the chicken soup base
I will take a bowl of that :P
May try to adapt that to my 98% (oh, who am I kidding, 99.9%) veggie-free tastes. Thanks.

This just aint my day!
Its been 3 hr sence I set the crock pot on high, go down stairs to check on things and its boiling over!
Luckally it only spilled about 2 Tbl, so I clean up that mess and on to the cookin
The taters are gettin close so its time to add 1 lb chopped ham

Not bad for a rush job,,,,,,,the flavor is spot on,,,,just a little runny,,,,gonna set the pot to keep warm and remove the lid for a bit to thicken up some
