Title: Bradley sensor temp.

Sorry but some where on here i had heard the bradley safety sensor shut it off at 260*. Well in one post i said that and was corrected that it wasn't true so figured to let every one know that don't. I simply asked Bradley to be sure. And their comment is below. So I am sorry if i steered any one wrong. Figured to be safe Id post to all.

The safety sensors in the smokers will trip out around 300ºF
