Hello all, Just purchased A Bradley 4 Rack Digital Smoker today, and its supposed to be shipped Thursday. Cant wait. Was using a "freebie" Masterbuilt from the Father-in-law. Worked pretty good, smoked whole chickens, Ham, Fatties, and was in the process of smoking a 6lb Boston Butt this weekend when it gave out. Was kinda glad it did, made a really nice excuse to let loose of the funds for the new Bradley. :) No more loading chips!!!

My 10lbs+ of pork belly lasted about 1.5 days after cutting it up! Relatives LOVED it.

This week is 50lbs of venison bacon :) Woohoo!

It was SO, SO easy...I can't believe I've waited this long.
