That looks wonderful. Did you judge when it was done on IT or by time?

Nice looking Bacon!! That will bring folks out of bed when frying. Remember when frying it to use lower heat for a longer time so the sugars in the Bacon don't burn and turn Black!!

Wow, that looks incredible!
I was watching a series on TV the other night about bacon--four 1/2 hour shows with bacon-menu'd restaurants across the country. 
All of this bacon is making me hungry.

I go by the It for my hot smoked stuff. With the remote thermo plugged in I can watch it from a comfy warm spot in the kitchen.It sometimes takes a while.........
