Hello folks, just signed up here. The wife bought me a bradley digital 4 rack smoker for Christmas and im gonna try some deer snackin sticks. Any advice on times and how much smoke would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the forum. I have found that the best approach to starting out is to look at the recipe site and try something that you fancy. If it doesn't work out post on here what went wrong and somebody will suggest how to do it differently and improve it.
