Started a new smoke house project. I made a three layer shelf. One for the smoker box, one for the cold smoker, and one for a counter top. The cold smoker section is 11 inches lower than the smoker box section. This made the cold smoker attachment flush with the side of the smoker box. The counter top was brought up to standard height of 35 inches. I will be adding electric to the smoke house and a smoker box vent in the morning. Also my picture folder is labeled deer pictures but they are of the smoke house. I will build a new folder at a later date.
