Title: Greetings from the Texas Panhandle
Post by: Defiant on February 07, 2013, 06:06:53 AM
I just signed up after reading this forum for a while and trying many of the recipes and suggestions on this forum, thanks to everyone that contributes.  I have tried Kummok's salmon recipe which was amazing.  I am new to the Bradley smoker and fairly new to smoking in general.  I got the 6 rack Bradley on a sweet black friday deal and have an Auber dual probe PID ordered.  Thanks for proding this forum, I have already tackled pulled pork, ribs, brisket, and salmon based on information from this forum.  I have discovered this is an addiction, but a good one.

As you've noticed this little hobby can get addicting.
Now to remind you of little detail that is required to join our little group of wackos.....pictures we are absolutely wild about pictures around here.
Gotta prove ya did what ya say ya done.
Again a big hearty welcome to the asylum pull up a chair, your favorite drink and smoke 'em if ya got 'em.
