After my 1lb of pink salt arrived a couple weeks ago. My wife asked what is it for? Told her I'm going to make some bacon. Today, the Chef's Choice 610 showed up. ;D WHATS THIS? she says, told her its for slicing the bacon, smoked turkey breast, ham, roast beef, chicken, cheese, etc... Now I have to remodel the pantry :o :o :o. Oh well, I guess its worth it.
