Title: First Beef Sticks

I've made sausage before but never the smaller sticks.  These were made with the AC Leggs blend 112 snack stick seasoning.  First, the players

All stuffed and into the smoker for 1 hour and 20 minutes of Hickory

After about nine hours.

I think they turned out OK

All packaged up temporarily until my Weston vac bags I ordered today come.  If they last that long.
