Title: Where Can I buy a remote thermometer (eg Maverick ET-73),
Post by: Turkeyman on April 26, 2006, 05:06:14 PM
Where can I buy one? Do they sell them in the stores or just on line ? From what I have been reading in the forums this seems to be the best one?

Thanks Much

Turkeyman,

Welcome to the forum! This seems to be a pretty good price, especially with the Mother's Day discount:

I use mine a lot, and find it pretty valuable.

Welcome, Turkeyman--Arcs has put you onto a place with a very competitive price for the ET-73.  If they have it in stock I don't think it's worht checking any further.

Don't hold your breath, if you order from this bunch. It took over three weeks to get mine. That was after two inquires (via web) from me. The first one went unanswered. After I threatened to cancel the order, it was shipped next day. Maybe I was just a fluke :)

After I got it, it was really hosed - was reading 40-50 degrees too cold (http://home.comcast.net/~garyco212/smileys/poop.gif).
After another 2 week wait, received a different one from Maverick Ind.
