Ok enough of the smoking time out


It feels good to get back at it after 8 months off from my Bradley (work does get in the way)



whipped up 16 lbs of Greg's Spicy Beef Sticks only got about 12lbs in the smoker will finish the rest tomorrow



Ready to come out of the smoker

nice looking sticks.  I'll have to look that recipe up.
