here is my gunpowder sirloin roast .. all 11 lbs of it

cut into quarters

seasoned

then let stand over  night and into smoker

first one came out at 155 and sliced

pulled the last 3  with the theromometer bouncing between 151 and 153

cook time of 3 hr 26 min.

gotta say gun powder seasoning is quite good on a  roast
