Hey every one my name is Jason and I recently bought an original Bradley smoker. I have been using a gas smoker for about a year before, but it was not consistent. My brisket was tough, my chicken was not so good but on a few occasions I hit home runs. Since I got the obs I have about 16 hours smoke time with it and have hit home runs every time. I'll post pics of my experiments and adventures. And if your willing I may try some of your recipes.
