Title: No-Knead Light Wheat Bread Loaf

Making the Crusty Bread that SiFumar posted got me jazzed and I found many recipes on the Internet for No-Knead bread.  Here's the link http://noknead.com/recipes/loaf-breads/light-wheat-no-knead-bread-loaf-recipe.php (http://noknead.com/recipes/loaf-breads/light-wheat-no-knead-bread-loaf-recipe.php)  to this easy recipe.  It really was so easy and it tastes wonderful :D  Holds it's shape and slices nicely.  I'm thinking that we might not need to buy bread anymore!

I love bread and am going to try some of the other recipes.  I know it's not hard but kneading, etc has always kept me from making breads but I think I'm going to like this No-Knead method.

After the first time I made Sandy's crusty bread my wife's been asking for a wheat bread.  Thank you.

I'm a little confused by the pictures, (I stay confused)

but the top loaf of bread looks sweet.

OH looks good, could wheat flour be used without killing the loaf??

Don't know Tommy cause I'm a rank amateur when it comes to baking bread.  The few recipes I saw on the site that I posted have both wheat and  regular flour but maybe some of the bread experts will soon chime in.
