Title: Hello from Big Sky Country!!

For years and years, I've always "made" my own smokers from just about anything you can imagine. I wanted a smoker that I could use for cuts that required longer smokes/heats, and with a new 6 rack digital, I'm hoping to be able to really expand what I'm able to cook, and do so expending less "attention" for maintenance of the process.
