Title: Super Chicken
Post by: iceman on February 28, 2013, 11:48:43 AM
The boss lady wanted something "light" to have over salad at work so.....
Boneless, skinless, clucker thighs it was.
Did a simple poultry brine in the morning then ran them in the Bradley for an hour of cold smoke.
Won't bore you with those pictures.
Then the magic started.
Basted with some Boss Hog Sop'n Sauce and a sprinkle of Jan's Rub.
On the grill for a spell and ZAM!!
This tickled my taste buds all the way to my toes!  ;D
I'm going to make a calendar called 365 things to do with Jan's Rub  ;)

Oh GOSH!

Jan's And Boss Hog 1st time date on a Chicken.

That combo sounds like a "To Do" for sure.

Why do you have to tease us with all of those jars of sop'n sauce lined up looking like a Vegas chorus line.
