After Recieving a vertical stuffer for Christmas I am becoming addicted to sausage making both fresh and smoked. This weekend I did both a summer and a garlic brat. No pics of the summer but here are a few of the brats. I had one rack that were a little over but they were dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow. The rest are freezer bound.

What I like about sauage making is that you control what goes in and what kind of meat.
You never know what you buy at the store and how many chemicals are in the food.
