Hi... Made Maple Flavored Sausage using lpoi recipe.
I made both patties and links (sheep casings).
Into the freezer before packaging, last time I made these, they froze together making them had to separate.

They taste good, but next time I am thinking about using a little more maple.

I think you did a Awesome job on those Sausages!! I am a Sunday Breakfast sausage guy but the wife loves Bacon so we switch back and forth :)

I help friends Grandmother on the Mayhal and Aunt gives me the fig preserves.
I got a couple of Mayhal trees/bushes on my property.
You don't have to pick them, just put a tarp around the tree
and they fall on the trap when ripe.
