Title: Just getting started with the Bardley
Post by: Big_George on March 13, 2013, 04:06:29 PM
Just getting started with the Bradley digital smoker.  Got it for Christmas and have used it several times.  Added the cold smoker box and have done two batches of cheese, and one king salmon.  I've also smoked some home made sausage as well.

Looking forward to reading and sharing my experiences with all of similar interest.

Mike, seeing your hometown makes me want to call up my Dad and meet him at Port O'connor for some fishing!
