Title: Start of another one of my weekends

Salmon season starts in 3 month so I need to make room in the freezer. Racks are 18" x 24"

That is a load of salmon.  Lots of goodness coming.  Would love to see pics of the finished product.

No this is a recipe I've use for years, but it's similar.
