Title: My first Canadian bacon. Total success.
Post by: Neocrunch on March 19, 2013, 05:45:46 PM
I made 8 lbs of Canadian bacon (4 lbs maple and 4 lbs made with my home-smoked cayenne-fatalii-garlic-onion powder) and smoked it with maple pucks.  The pictures tell the story...

Thanks again to everyone on this forum.  I had lots of questions and I was able to easily find the answers here.   :D
