Good day All,
Just got the Digital 4 Rack as a surprise birthday present....BEST GIFT EVER!
Within 15 minutes I had a makeshift shelter up and started seasoning.
Haven't decided on what to make first...thoughts?
I've dabbled in the world of smoke, but not with an electric.
I'm SO FREAKIN HAPPY!!!!!!!
Welcome aboard, BC.
Chicken is CHEAP practice ;-)
(and it cooks pretty quick)
Then there's butts and ribs etc...
Whaddya wanna EAT?
Congratulations on your gift! And Happy Birthday! Welcome to the forum! I agree with Hal for reasons he said...plus it makes mighty tasty chicken!

One one hand it was a great gift and your giftee ought to be gifted with some great smoked treats. HOWEVER on the other hand, it is a the stepping off place for the beginning of a lifelong addiction! full of tempttions and ...... ohh who cares? Get smoke addicted and enjoy life with your loveduns!
Low-n-slow is the way to go!
I'd probably do ribs - everybody likes a good rib, but don't count out those tiny chickens - those so-called Cornish Game hens! Spatchcock and smoke
Chicken, ribs, or pork butt. Whatever you have a taste for!
Congratulations, Happy Birthday and welcome to the forum from Nebraska. You'll love smoking in a Bradley!
Welcome aboard. Pulled Pork (Pork Shoulder) is pretty good one to start with
Welcome from BC, BCSmoker!
That's a great surprise gift, hope you enjoy it!
I had no prior smoking experience when I got mine back in September, so I did almonds first as they are cheap and easy, and they turned out great. Then I made ribs the next day and they were awesome ;D
