Title: Landjäger Tasting Time
Post by: devo on March 24, 2013, 10:50:33 AM
Check the weight this morning and they are sitting at a 35.05% weight lose so I needed to try them.
Very firm but I am still going to bring them to 40% lose before packaging them.

Landjagers are what first got me interested in sausage making, those are my most favorite.
