My dad has convinced me to sign up here! He makes some damn good jerky, ribs, indian candy, etc.

Anyway this weekend I'm hosting a party and have ordered some pork butt and brisket to make. So I'll be asking about those cuts.

Looking forward to learning how to make some of my favourite foods.
