Title: Smoker to Oven
Post by: DADAKOTA on March 31, 2013, 08:34:52 AM
If you were going to smoke a pork butt on the Bradley for 4 hours or so and then put it into the oven to finish, would you cover the pork butt with foil or leave it uncovered?  Need to finish in the oven to reload the smoker.
