Thanks guys. Ya the slicer is perfect for slicing bacon since it has the big table to rest the bacon on. It took two of us to carry it downstairs and why its not going to move. ;)

It takes longer to clean it than slice 28lbs of bacon.

Do a cold smoke !!! its soooooooooooooo good ..takes longer but worth it in my OP pm me any question I normally do 16 to 20lbs a week lol
