Welcome to the Forum from Texas.  I just got my Bradley on Black Friday last year and have found everyone here to be very helpful with any question you might have.  The tried and true recipes here allow even rookies to have amazing results.

Seriously, there's a couple of Restaurant Depots in your area if you have a business license. ;D
