Hello, names Jeff. I have own my bradley smoker for 2 years. I have smoked little things like jerky and some fish. Now I think im ready to move on to bigger things. Look forward on hearing from you.

welcome aboard and enjoy,,, just did an 18 lb pork shoulder that was cured for easter, also have done pastrami, Canadian ham. briskets... sirloin roasts .. and it sounds like your more then ready to get started
