Returned home from Saudi for a few days and brought some French Etorki Sheep Cheese and some Iranian Pistachios.

Cheese cut up and pistachios brined with flaming sauce (cheese 2 hours of Pecan, Pistachios 2 hours of Hickory)

Out of the Bradley along with some cigars I picked up at Frankfurt duty free (from some small island close to Florida) and one of Kentucky's finest bourbon (Booker's)

I put the cheese in the fridge and headed back to Saudi.....should be good by the time I get home again

Looks good. We buy Iranian pistachios here. They're great. Also their dates and dried figs. Next time I pass thru France (once or twice a week) I'll get some of that Etorki. Looks tasty.
