First time poster long time lurker. I got my Bradley Digital Smoker about two years ago after I found this site. I had been looking up techniques for smoking, on my grill, at the time. It wasn't long before I was able to virtually steal one from Gander Mountain.
Since then, I've smoked baby backs, spare ribs, prime rib, whole chickens, pork butts, and fish (Spanish mackerel, snapper, and king fish). I have to say, they were all intimating the first time around. However, because of the great threads on this site, my anxiety proved to be for nothing. Everything I put in the smoker came out awesome every time.
After about a year, I wanted to try chicken wings. I've read a lot of threads about finishing them in the big easy and how great they were. Then one day, I saw one at Gander Mountain. Another great deal that was to good to pass up.
Not long after, my first baby came. I never had a chance to use tbe or smoke much either. It just sat in the box. A few months passed and an opportunity came up to use it for some fish, snook I think. The snook came out looking like, well, exactly like petrified dog 0. It was white and crispy. Totally in edible. Back in the box it went.
Last Christmas, my dad gave me an unexpected present. I had forgotten about the Suncast shed that I wanted to modify for my Bradley that I had added to my amazon wish list a year before.
By now, March, my daughter was about to turn one, I had more time on my plate and there was a party in our future. I decided it was a good time to clean up the yard and take my dad up on his generous offer.

Although I didn't smoke for the party, it was cool just to be able to show it off to family and friends.
Last week I smoked two chickens, finished in tbe. Today ribs. Who knows what I'll do tomorrow. Maybe my fist brisket...
