Title: Beef Jerky

Picked up a London Broil Last night at Safeway and sliced it up and soaked it in Lems original jerky Mix with Cure #1.

That Costco Slicing knife is the best deal in the world, Made slicing a breeze :)

Into the Bradley smoker this morning at 120° F  for a hour to form a pellicle then probably a hour and a half of Alder Smoke.

about 8 hours in the smoker and its done. No food dehydrator beef jerky today :)

Thank you, I like the Lems original mix the best of all I have tried. If your familiar with Oberto's jerky it is similar in taste :)
