I would like to say that this past weekend I did my smoking in a Bradley. With the help of all the great advice and the eqipment I turned out one of moist suculent Turkey Breast on Saturday, and on Sunday smoked up some ribs which turned out as good or better as any I have before, commercially or in a resturant.. Both turned out outstanding and knocked the socks off my family for flavor, moistness, and apperance. I can't say enough for the good solid advice here that I absorbed which turned into a great solid product. Next week I intend on tackling a brisket, one of my wifes favorites, and then salmon.
Warm regards to everyone here, see you around the forum. Kevin
Welcome to the forum. I'm glad your first smoke was successful.
I welcome you also. When I 1st received my Bradley I thought that I had made the wrong decision but it is the best home smoker out there.

Glad to hear things went well for you Kevin. It makes me smile when I hear things like that. I just did some ribs and chickens this weekend and couldn't get the neighbors to leave. ;D Have fun and don't be a stranger.
