Title: Smoked Pickled Eggs-N-Ring Bologna

Doing some pickled smoked eggs and ring bologna. Doing Lumpys recipe but no onions.

eggs ready to smoke. No heat.

I use my sausage poker to poke the eggs so the pickle solution gets inside.

Did you smoke the ring bologna too?
