Title: Soaking it up like a sponge
Post by: wetzel1977 on April 30, 2013, 05:18:04 AM
So with summer coming fast and camping season starting. I figured i would relax and work at the same time. Trying to gain some more knowledge and recipes of coarse so i bought some reading material. I always wanted to ferment sausage.

I would but my oldest son is playing basesball and i can't miss a game plus i have to work the food stand. If it was later in the summer i would, even in  the fall before archery then i would be headin south bound.

Aug 9-10th he will be here in Eastern Iowa at the Midwest Smokeout! Ball season is over, school hasn't started yet, neither has hunting season. Plenty of kids to play with and it's only about a 16 hour drive from Allentown. Think we killed a bunch of excuses on this one Rick!! ;D
