Hello from Southeastern Virginia. I've recently purchased a digital 6-rack Bradley Smoker and am looking forward to rolling up my sleeves and learning the ins and outs of smoking meat, fish and poultry.
I have a little experience with smoking ribs and brisket but nothing to really brag about. I'm very interested in learning how to make pork shoulders, ribs, brisket and turkeys. Once I get a handle on those, I will probably branch out and try hot and cold smoking fish.
Thanks in advance for any wisdom you can offer to assist me in climbing the proverbial learning curve.
