Title: Bacon
Post by: cathouse willy on May 29, 2013, 09:45:49 AM
Spent monday smoking a7 lb belly using 10.5's recipe for maple cured bacon. I've made this a number of times and it always turnsout great. That's an excellent recipe 10.5. Thanks for putting it on the recipe site.

I'm in the middle of the cure time for my first run at Canadian bacon, but this looks so good I'm going to have to find a local source for some pork bellies. the wild hog around here never have much of a belly on them.
