Title: Corn on the cob
Post by: Thunderswede on June 07, 2013, 05:02:30 PM
Tried my new Bradley original today. This was my first time smoking anything so I did a beef roast which turned out good (just need to back off the cooking time a bit) for a side I did bacon wrapped corn on the cob. No husk on the cobs, wrapped each with 2 strips of bacon, cherry smoke for 40 minutes then continue cooking in the smoker at 200 f. For another30 min.  Absolutely amazing! Honestly the best corn I have ever eaten in my 50 years. Can't wait to try more new recipes, wish I had tried food smoking years ago

Welcome! You can wrap a shoe in bacon and smoke it and it will be good.  Nice job on the corn.
