My first smoke in this new and ever so awesome smoking apparatus is two filets of sea fish (I forgot exactly what kind but it was recently caught by a friend if mine and he was generous enough to give me some) and two ears of white corn smoked for an hour with alder.

I've also got some brown basmati rice on the stove and I'm going to pull the fish apart and make a rice bowl out of it.
