Hi and welcome aboard.

I prefer a dry rub for ribs.  There's a good how-to article on How to Make Ribs in a Bradley Pictorial (http://forum.bradleysmoker.com/index.php?topic=10182.0) that will help get you started.  You may want to adjust the 3-2-1 times, depending on whether you're smoking smaller baby backs, whether you prefer them fall-off-the-bone tender, etc.  I like mine to fall off the bone so I go 2-2-.5 or even 2-3-.5 for baby backs.

Welcome to the forum from Nebraska.  I use a dry rub too.  Either Jan's rub or Penzey's BBQ 3000.
