My two granddaughters wanted pulled pork for they're birthday party. So once again my shrimp sausage has been put on hold.

I rubbed them down with Uncle John's, sorghum molasses and then with dry rub. Personally I prefer just the dry rub. Everyone enjoyed and happy to take some home. I made vaunted vinegar, sassy sauerkraut topping, with Sweet Baby Rays, on the side. Now I need a break.
