Hung a small brisket flat in the Bradley.

Rubbed with John Henry smokey bourbon

Chris, for a guy who doesn't cook briskets I would say Rick is a pretty fast learner.

Ok, Newbie question, I've been putting my brisket flat on the rack, so what is the advantage/reason in hanging it like this?
